This beautiful X33 Z/28 is Jerry MacNeish inspected and certified, and received a complete rotisserie restoration between 2006 and 2008 with great attention to detail. It has been in a private collection since. The trim tag codes are as follows: Norwood number: 260469, Build date: 02D, Paint code: 69-69, Trim code:711, Option code: X33
The car has been refinished with base/clear in its original color code 69-69 Cortez silver and is paired with a correct code 711 black standard-style interior. It is powered by a N.O.M 302 replacement engine using a 71 dated 010 block with correct internals and accessories. It does have the correct #3923289-DZ carb with List-4053 and dated-914, #3932472 intake, #1100837 alternator, #1111480 distributor, and restoration replacement correctly numbered and stamped brake booster and master cylinder.
The transmission is a 1969-correctly dated and numbered Muncie M22 4-speed with Hurst shifter.
The underside and chassis are equally impressive, featuring correctly painted floors and chassis components, with a black powder-coated sub-frame. It retains the factory 12-bolt BO0206G1 3:73 gear ratio rear axle dated L98.
Additional features include power brakes, console with gauges, ZL2 cowl induction hood, front and rear spoilers, AM-radio, ceramic coated Hooker headers, 2.5 - inch exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers, and replacement 15X7-inch Rally wheels with new BF Goodrich T/A radial tires.
